Energy Sparks Visit!

Recently, the Eco Council members were visited by James from Energy Sparks. James sat with our Eco Council and showed them how to use the website, how to look at the schools energy data, how much energy we are using, and what impact the new solar panels have had on our building. They also looked at certain tasks they can do to further help the environment.

James also brought an infrared detector, and the children had a look around school to see where heat is escaping and where they can make changes. They also looked at a mini solar panel and how it worked! The children had a great time, and it was super informative.

A huge thank you to Energy Sparks for visiting us!
