This month, our subject focus within our careers curriculum is Business and IT. Mrs Langley visited school last week to speak to the children about her career in HR.
She explained it to the children in a child friendly way, linking to following rules (policy), supporting people (well-being), considering what makes people different (equality act) and recruitment.
She even conducted a mock interview with the children. They had a great time learning about how Human Resources is present in so many organisations and businesses.
