Every year, our local MP, Alexander Stafford, holds a Christmas card competition, with the winning design featuring on his Christmas card that is sent to many people all over the country, including the Prime Minister.
In recent years, pupils at Aston Hall have had great success in the competition, with the winning design created by a pupil from our school in 2021, and 3rd place in 2022. We’re so proud that an Aston Hall pupil has been selected as this year’s winner too. Emily in Y2 created this wonderful design that was chosen as the eventual winner from 100s of entries.
Emily received a letter from the house of commons to inform her of her success, and will meet Alexander in the new year. Well done Emily, amazing achievement.
