As part of our Careers Curriculum, we welcomed part of the Media Team from our school Trust to school for a special assembly. Each month we have a focus subject as part of our Careers Curriculum, with November being Art & Design.
The WPT Media Team is made up of many different specialties including websites, social media (Facebook and Instagram), photography, videography, design and writing.
Scott, Briony and James, who all have different roles in the team, delivered a interactive assembly around the different types of marketing and design, and how the media team supports all the schools across the Trust with their online, in school and promotional marketing/ media content.
The children asked some brilliant questions on careers in Art & Design and were even excited to see themselves featured in parts of the presentation from content that has been created for the school by the team.
