On Tues 23rd May, Aston Hall J&I held its annual sports day. With hundreds of parents and carers in attendance for both the KS2 Sports Day in the morning, and EYFS / KS1 Sports Day in the afternoon, everyone had a fantastic time.
Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Topaz teams with children from all year groups mixed together competed across a range of track and field events to be crowned this years’ champions.
We even had some eager parents/carers join in for adult races at the end.
A huge well done to Emerald, who won both the EYFS/KS1 and KS2 Sports Day this year. They proudly completed a lap of honour with the trophy.
Thank you to everyone who came along to support the children, we had a wonderful day with our school community in the sunshine.
