Y5 Ulley Orienteering

Year 5 had a great afternoon at Ulley!  Throughout our visit, everyone worked together in teams to read a map,  solve problems and locate key points to complete the orienteering activity.   We had a great visit and we are all looking forward to visiting again as part of our residential in July. 

Y5 & Y6 Celebrate the Coronation

Children in year 5 and 6 celebrated the King’s coronation by making their own crowns to wear during our picnic lunch in school. 👑🎉 We learnt all about the coronation and then practised our art skills by completing a portrait of King Charles III.

Y3/4PB Celebrate the Coronation!

Our class enjoyed celebrating the King’s Coronation the other week. 👑🎉 We designed and made our own crowns, made a King’s head collage, played pin the jewel on the crown, and also learnt about the coronation ceremony and its traditions. We also had an indoor picnic lunch together as part of our celebrations!

Coronation Celebrations with Y4HS

Y4HS celebrated the King’s coronation along with the rest of the School on Friday 5th May. The class completed various themed activities and had a themed lunch too.

Y3LD Celebrate the Coronation

Colour Dash Fun for Y6!

Money Matters with Y3LD

Over the last couple of weeks, Year 3 have been learning all about money. We have looked at the value of different coins and have practiced adding and subtracting money. This week, we have been role playing shopkeepers and shoppers ensuring the correct amount of change was given or received. Well done everyone! 👏
