Aston Hall Students Visit Climbing Wall 🧗‍♂️

Last week, some of our students got to visit the climbing wall over at Cranworth, with the expert guidance of the Wickersley Partnership Trust PE team! Everyone had a go at scaling the wall and helping their friends with some belaying.

KS1 Create Stick Men

KS1 are thoroughly enjoying our stick man novel. We have been to the wild area to collect sticks, leaves, and other treasures to create a stick man in class. This will feed into our literacy work, where we will begin writing instructions for ‘How to Make a Stick Man’ next week.

Y5 Learn about the Human Body

The children enjoyed celebrating Harvest Festival at Central Methodist Church. They all did a fantastic job with their performances and joined in with all the songs we had learnt. Thank you so much to everyone who sent in food donations too. These have been sent to the food bank.
